Terms & Conditions:
At Niamh's Groom Room the safety and welfare of your dog is paramount and we will do everything possible to ensure the safety of your dog whilst in our care abiding by the Five Freedoms; Freedom from fear or stress, Freedom from pain, injury and disease, Freedom from hunger or thirst, Freedom from discomfort and Freedom to express most normal behaviour.
Prices are subject to change based on the condition of your dog's coat.
If a dog presents with heavy matting that is causing discomfort and suffering to the dog we will shave the dog for it's care and well being.
If a dog shows any sign of aggression we reserve the right to use an appropriate muzzle in order to groom the dog.
If a dog is showing signs of aggression or stress, or is deemed unwell, we reserve the right to end the grooming session early.
We specialise in grooming dogs for happiness and comfort. Every effort will be made to style the dog's coat according to clients specifications. Sometimes a dogs coat condition or behaviour during grooming means that this might not be possible but we will always endeavour to do our best.
Sometimes whilst grooming a dog we might notice a health issue that needs veterinary attention. We will notify you of this immediately.
Any queries or worries you have regarding your dog's coat we will happily offer our advice for. However, we are in no way a substitute for a veterinarian and any issues a dog has regarding it's health should be brought to the attention of a qualified veterinarian for treatment by you, the Owner.
Niamh's Groom Room will always use extreme caution and diligent care in every element of the grooming process. However, there is always the possibility that an accident could occur, (cuts, nicks, quickening of the nails etc.) In the event that something happens we will administer Canine First Aid immediately and we will contact you to let you know.
Should we deem during the grooming process that veterinary treatment is necessary for your dog we will contact you first and then take your dog to your nominated vet or the nearest vet available. All expenses for veterinary treatment will be covered by you, the Owner.
Niamh's Groom Room reserves the right to refuse any dog for grooming.
